Found the problem so I'll edit the post.
My computer will not change from the Integrated Graphics to NVIDIA
Completely grayed out.
Is there any possible way of fixing this?
did your drivers update recently? If not then try updating if so then try reverting back a driver or two.
Checked device manager and saw that it contains both the Intel GPU And Nvidia, Both drivers are up to date, so I decided to disable the Intel one and rerun the scan.

It completely left off the Graphics part of it. The quality got mashed up and clearly wasn't the 1920x1080 feel.
Not sure what to do now and it won't let me roll back drivers.
On the nvidia control panel under manage 3d settings what is set as the preferred graphics processor? If it's on auto select it could be auto selecting the igpu.
For Chrome it's the NVIDIA processor but for explorer.exe (the desktop) it's a grayed out "Integrated Processor". Global settings is set to High-performance NVIDIA Processor. I'll take a stab and say the explorer.exe being grayed out on integrated is the problem. Tips?
Update: dxdiag says I Display with the Intel GPU while I render with the NVIDIA GPU... Is there any way to change this?
Intel is listed as a "Full Display Device" and Nvidia as "Render-Only Display Device"
I notice that only certain programs will let you choose the Nvidia one or the integrated one. Assuming that you are on a laptop just leave it alone and select games for your Nvidia one. I have a Sandy Bridge based laptop with a GT 525m. I only let my games run on the gpu while Firefox, E-mail, and other non intensive gpu stuff for my integrated.
I realize that now, just wondering if there is a work-around for explorer.exe to run with the Nvidia one.
So long as it's using the Nvidia for games and programs when it's needed you really shouldn't worry about it. That's how it's supposed to work.
