I just installed a Samsung 960 PRO NVMe M.2 SSD on an ASRock TaiChi x370. I’m attempting to install the latest version of Linux Mint (18.3) and I’m getting this repeated error:
[ 6.9xxxxx ] nouveau 0000:0e:00.0: ifil: SCHED_ERROR 08 []
Where ‘xxxxxx’ is different in each iteration.
I was previously able to boot no problem from a Samsung 850 SSD.
I downloaded the latest MOBO update through BIOS but I wasn’t presented with an installation prompt. Does it install automatically? Is there a way to confirm installation?
Out of my league here and finding little on Google. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks!
