Do you have any plans on making any note taking e-Ink display features? I could think of this being a killer application for the PineNote and the other e-Ink note takers that run GNU/Linux.

Actually no, but I could look into it and see if I can implement it at some point. I don’t own a e-ink display currently so that doesn’t help.

Roger that. I am looking to get an e-Note taker to replace the note pads that I keep. It would be nice to be able to send off the notes and also catalog them in a way that is searchable.

thanks for the awesome information.

Just saw your post about Note Binder – looks interesting! I’m always on the lookout for new ways to organize my thoughts (because, let’s be honest, my brain is a mess ). Haven’t tried Note Binder myself, but if you’re still searching for an app that’s both powerful and user-friendly, I gotta recommend checking out https://notesonline.com/ . It’s free, lets you access your notes on any device (phone, laptop, tablet – you name it!), and has some seriously cool features. Think way beyond basic note-taking – you can attach files like images or PDFs, record voice memos for those fleeting ideas, and even collaborate with others on notes (perfect for group projects!). It’s basically like having a super-powered sticky note that can handle anything you throw at it. Honestly, Notes Online has been a game-changer for me. No more scrambling for scraps of paper or losing track of important info.
