Not mining any ideas (I'm new to this)

hey, being new to bitcoin mining and I thought this was a good place to start learning,(I'm only 14) and for some reason my miner is not mining heres what i get

and when I try a different host i still get the same thing

Did you create the username through that 'create username' button? (sorry but i cant be bothered to go through that list)

yes its on the bitcoin list thing  -->https://teksyndicate.com/bitcoin

got it working just need to put somthing in the flag spot thanks anyways
