Would running avast without it's shield (realtime, mail, web, behavior, etc) cause problems with Norton? I just want avast for manual scans and not automatica or running scans. I doubt it would cause problems, but I could be wrong and want to get some insight on it. If I exclude both from each other and install avast without the shields, would it conflict with Norton? I just want it for manual scans as Norton doesn't offer the ability.
I have had Norton for several years and have always been able to run manual scans. They also have one of the best AV engines. I learned the hard way that having two AV installed causes many issues.
