Noob needs help with Themes/customizeon on ubuntu (unity)

So i saw all those amazing good looking themes that people did on their distros.I want to do the same find some good theme and put it on Ubuntu unity but i'm using linux over a week so im noob on this topic and i know nothing.(yet). So can anyone with experience help me or guide me in some way?. I'm using Ubuntu unity.If is there any better distro for this kind of thing and work fine i'm listening.xD.(I'm not ready for Arch yet.)

sudo apt-get install unity-tweak-tool

sudo apt-get repository ppa:numix/ppa

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install numix-folders number-gtk-theme numix-icon-theme-circle numix-icon-theme

Then inside of Unity Tweak Tool select the theme and icons and such.
