None of my USB Ports Work [Solved]

I have just built a new Pc, this is my first time building a PC, here is the build

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor

Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Harddrive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card

Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

I have finished installing Windows 7 64bit, my Chipset, Lan, Audio and USB drivers and after some trouble my amd graphics driver 14.3. After I finished that I tried to use the usb ports and none of them work, when i open up device manager the everything in USB Controller Tab has a yellow triangle on it and the warning message is "Windows cannot load he device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupt or missing. (Code 39)" When I update drivers it says that "windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date." When I uninstall all the usb drivers in device manager and then scan for hardware changes it says "driver software was not successfully installed." Are there are any fixes for this. the usb ports on the back of my Pc worked at one point.

My problem was fixed by using this guide http://www.tricksguide.com/solve-device-manager-error-code-39-on-usb-controller.html

I don't know if this will solve your issue but you could try microsoft fix it.
