Non-gaming PC

So, I am helping out my brother build a non gaming pc. the budget we set is about $450 without peripherals and OS. The PC will be used as a family PC, so multiple chrome tabs open, music software, etc running simultaneously. I would like to build him a PC with as fast of a CPU for that budget with the option of adding a video card in the future. With some research and the help of reddit I came up with this build. It is build around the CPU. Any opinions?

Cool. I'll take a look at your specs. We'll probably drop the SSD. He doesn't seem that interested right now. Thanks

coopermans build would be almost perfect, but for the fact you want to have the option of a videocard, the power supply is not enough.

some games are starting to block you from running them with only dual cores granted the one he has selected has hyperthreading so that might not be an issue, idk how they are testing if its a dual core or not.

not enough watts would probably need like a 500watt 400 if you really wanted depending on what gpu you plan on using.
