Noise problem

I've had this very odd noise problem lately with my PC. There are a few games, that when I play, my PC gets extrememly loud. This recently started  happening with Serious Sam 3. It has carried over to Fallout: New Vegas, but not happening as often. Other games can play for hours nonstop without this odd noise buff.

Any diagnosis? Or is my PC going to explode?

Static buzzing or high pitched fan whining ?

Yes, a combination of them, in a way. I should have been more precise.

Probably the PSU. Have a closer hearing of it and see if it makes any sound.

probably a cooling issue, have you already checked your cpu temps under full load? And wich cooler are you using?

Could be a dust build up on your CPU Cooler or a change of thermal paste might be in order

Indeed. I had a machine that would get really loud. Turned out to be dust... and the fan was spinning like crazy to make up for it. How much dust is build up in there? You should clean the fans every few months.

When I was troubleshooting my friends computer, it kept shutting down. I opened his computer up, it was a fucking huge ass dustball covering his CPU Cooler. Can of air didn't work so I had to wash it by hand. Before I washed it. I checked to see how hot thw CPU got, the highest it went was 129 Degrees C. I am surprised that CPU held on. It was an AMD Athon 64 3500+

I'll clean the dust out tonight. Didn't think of that, haha.
