So i recently replace my ageing xeon 5th gen. With intel llga 4189. I am wonder if there is aio that work with platform? The 10,000 rpm stock cooler has two uneven of sound. The motherboard is asrack SPC621D8-2L2T. So far like board. Also might ended up upgrading that case that in to help with the cooler. I am watching temps and cpu not over heating. Temps are actually fairly even generally about 60-63c. underful load. I can keep in turbo as long stock setting allow. The if find aio that support lga 4189. I will have to replace case. It does not support aio. Case has been use since amd 1100t days.
Alpha cool makes an IO with a larger cold plate to accommodate larger CPUs like Xeons and Threadrippers.
Thank you @TeamTux I found them. Also found Noctua makes air cool for the socket and would work for that cpu. Thinking of going with that. As don’t car that air or aio as long it can preform at stock performance and getting to nose in line.
Noctua makes great stuff I just wish they would make something with better aesthetics.
