NOC vs Network Engr. (FRUSTRATED)

Hi Everyone. I would just want an advise.

I am now currently a NOC Engr. in our company, and as my job goes; I
monitor network traffic, send daily updates and trouble tickets (This is
so freakin rare to happen).

I don't get to do any configuration, installation or anything related to
Implementation. I am afraid ( also sad/disappointed) that I am unable
to showcase what I have studied and practised. Btw, I am a CCNA R&S
Certified and prior into getting this job I was already aiming to save
for a CCNP Cert Exam. but now my confidence in taking the CCNP path is
slowly decreasing, as I feel that I won't cut it since I don't get to
use what I have learned.

Any Network Engineers out there or anyone that has anything to do with
Networking, that has any advise? Am I still in the right path?

I really love this kind of field; and just by studying and practising on
packet tracer is not enough as it is different from the real world.

Thanks and sorry for the long post .. here's a potato
