Nobody could help! AM3+ Upgrade (Complex Story)

I've just signed up here because people told me that you have the answer! We have a complex situation here.

The problem is, I have some good and handy components but I have no idea about their compability issues. I already have a chassis from my ex build (Thermaltake Armor) paired up with this PSU (Enermax Infiniti 720w). I have nearly all the components but I lack the most important part: New mobo, new processor and ram.

What I'm gonna do?

  • The last time I rendered a video was a year ago. Definitely not that.
  • I hardly use Photoshop or other things.
  • Main usage will be gaming. But the monitor I have is maxed on 1680*1050 resolution. And I'm not an eye-candy looker. Generally I play FPS games in lower resolutions to maximize movements (1024*768 CS:GO).
  • I might return playing World of Warcraft.
  • I will not do Crossfire or SLI with this build.
  • I will not try to overclock to the limit! Indeed, I'm not thinking of increasing stock voltage of Piledriver soon.
  • Where I live, we have all the components on sale %45 expensive.
  • Any coin I'll save will help me to upgrade my Zotac GTX 470 AMP! sent as a gift from a friend.
  • My main purpose is to build it first, as I don't have any desktop right now. (Writing this from an LG Laptop, better murdered than having this torture)

Current components I have:

  • Thermaltake Armor and Enermax INFINITI 720w (from 2007 gaming rig)
  • Samsung 206bw (link)
  • HDD, Dvd-writer etc. other stuff
  • Asus GTX 280 TOP and Zotac GTX 470 AMP!

Components that I think to rebuild this: (400-450$)

  • FX8350. I thought about FX6300 also and it will be cheaper but the single core performance really lacks on the things I'm going to do. And since I'm not an overclocking expert or a chicken as the voltage in my city is like the Russian stock market, I'm scared.
  • Mobo. I look for stability. I don't care if Sabertooth lasts for 10 years. I only want stability, if can, a good sound processor (I have no idea which realtek chipset is fine around these mobos). I don't look for crossfire or SLI and never used an UEFI Bios. I was thinking of Gigabyte UD3 but some stated that it does not handle the juice needed for FX8350. I don't know if this is true. Choosing mobo really is a pain for me. This is where I'm all in your hands. I don't even know if I really need 990x ones? Please let's brainstorm on this.
  • Any 8gb ram which is stabile and responsive. As I said, I will not be pushing  the limitz, 1833 is way more enough. I prefer lower CL. And I don't have any idea if 1833 CL10 is worse than 1600 CL9.
  • Cheap but efficient aftermarket cooler for FX8350, considering my chassis and the mobo you'll suggest. I live in Istanbul and nowadays it's just so hot in here.

Last words:

I want the best bang for the buck considering the thoughts above. Because I will use other coins to upgrade VGA and monitor in a few months. Please enlighten me with your experience. Let the brainstorm begin!

For the MoBo, you could have try the ASUS M5A97 R2.0. It's a very nice board. If you want to be "futureproof" go with the ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0. And yes, the FX 8XXX series works with AM3+ boards. If you're goign to be gaming, there is no difference between 1600 an 1833. And for the aftermarket cooler, a very popular one is the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Plus. Or the Hyper 212 EVO.

In my experience, the only time you'll get performance increase between the 8350 and the 6350 is when using applications threaded for 8 threads, or when you have a lot of things open, the single core performance should be the same. as for the rest, 990fx is for really high end gaming, 970 is for budget gaming, and 760g is crap for fx. as for ram 1600 would probably be the best. as for the rest, go with the cooler that ^ reccomends, i know nothing of cpu coolers. but i have heard good things about the 212.

As Manimal said, the  Hyper 212 Evo and Plus are both very popular for low-price CPU Coolers, Right now, on Newegg, the CM Seidon 120M is only $30 after MIR, but, if you can spend the extra $20, I would go with the 120XL, which is $50 after MIR. I am not sure if this deal is available everywhere though. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103179&Tpk=seidon%20120m&IsVirtualParent=1
