No Video Signal after PC crash

Hi!
Could u guys help me find out which pc component has died (if has) to send back for replacement.
Sadly I don't have any spare parts to swap and that way find faulty one.

Another day i was playing Heathstone and PC crashed to black screen. Cant tell if there was a reboot after crash or not cos I don`t have case speaker to hear it. Screen since then stayed dark and displays No signal message. Tried to plug monitor cable straight into Intel HD video out but no difference. Never used it before so cant tell if it ever worked as i never bothered to install any drivers for integrated graphics. All fans, cpu, vga and case, works just fine... CPU one seems to bee running at 100% but cant tell for sure. Also tried to connect tv through hdmi but no positive results. Checked RAM, by swapping slots and removing some of it - no changes.

Help please!

My pc specs:

Firstly, crack open your case and check the Q-code display on your motherboard when you turn it on.  Check the Q-code reference in your manual and that should help indicate the fault.  Are you overclocking your build?  If so try resetting your BIOS per the directions in the manual.  If you get no Q-code display then you know it is either the motherboard or the power supply.

Also, If the system appears to boot, but does not display anything pull the graphics card out then try using the on board port to display to your monitor.  If you have a discrete graphics card and it is not displaying the video, but the motherboard says it posted correctly then pulling the discrete card out will force it to display to on board video.

It says 00 and that translates to ''Not used''

Done as you said, display still remains with no signal, does that mean motherboard has been damaged?

That is the most likely case.

tried a clear cmos?

yup, tried that out now, no changes...
Seems i got no options left, only take it to PC repair shop and ask to test motherboard to give me confirmation that its the one who has given up and send it back.
