No video out after suspending/hibernating

Hi there, I’ve recently had some issues where my Computer doesn’t seem to wake properly after being suspended or hibernating. The most common scenario here would be I’ll let my computer idle until it goes into standby and when I press key to wake it up, it does wake up but there’s no video output. The only thing I can do then is reboot.
The other thing that often triggers this behavior is rebooting between Linux and Windows (I don’t remember which direction though) and the other day my video output decided to just cut after booting normally.

I am running a Ryzen 5 5600 with an RX 6600 on Manjaro with Gnome (Kernel Version 5.15.91-1-MANJARO) with a Windows Dual boot. I have only ever witnessed the standby thing while running Manjaro, however it should be said that I use Windows quite rarely these days so I cannot say for certain.
I’m hoping that this is a driver or other software issue and not a hardware thing, but maybe someone here knows more about that

Update, just because it may be useful to someone:

I know, this is over a month later, but I seem to have mostly fixed the issue. Last night I got the idea to upgrade to a newer kernel. Before, I was on Kernel 5.15.102-1 and I have since upgraded to 6.1.19-1 (the next LTS/Recommended kernel provided by manjaro) and suspend/hibernate seems to work as intended now.
I still had one more occurence where my computer wouldn’t properly wake up but I am not sure what happened there and I was not able to replicate the issue. It may a separate issue entirely.
I also don’t know what changed in the newer kernel that fixed this issue, so I will have to look into that
