No Shares in GUIMiner

Can't seem to get any shares while using GUIMiner. I'm connected to the TekSyndicate Pool and I show up as a worker on the Bitcoin page.

I just don't get a Hashrate on the page or any shares in the application.

You need to put something in the flags box or else it wont work. put -v for amd and -v - cuda for nvidia.
