No response for a week after requesting to return KVM

I’m not sure what to do here – I need to return my KVM but have not received acknowledgement of my return request email sent last Wednesday (May 28).

Getting to you today, sorry for the delay. (it would have been yesterday but I was out of office.)

Are you sure you placed a ticket with me and not our warehouse?
