Hi guys,
So I turned on my PC earlier and it turned itself off after a few seconds. It did this a couple of times before it began to boot up normally. Once it was up and running, I got an error on my monitor saying "HDMI no signal detected". I tried the onboard HDMI input, as well as the DVI/VGA ports on both my GPU and motherboard and was unable to get signal on them either. I disabled the intergrated/onboard graphics options when I installed my GPU (a long time ago), so I figure that's why I got no signal from my mobo. I also made sure I selected the relevant input options on my monitor when trying these. I tried connecting my laptop to my monitor using the same HMDI cable and it worked fine.
Is my GPU dead? My PC was working fine earlier this afternoon and everything seems like it's working (all fans, lights etc. are working) but I'm just not getting a picture. As I said, my laptop worked fine so I don't think it's the cable or the monitor. I'm a bit stumped to be honest, so if anyone has any ideas or suggestions it would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help.
