Second nice request to keep it classy... if you've had a rough day, no need to take it out on others lol...
Because for whatever reason, Americans, more often than not, tend to call their country America.
...
lmao
You can request all you want, I really don't see how that will change things though. I came in here with a simple question and some people were kind enough to help me with an answer, others chose to use sarcasm or add nothing even remotely helpful whatsoever. The replies they've received coincide with their responses
"Nicaragua is part of the US?"
That's sarcasm right there, so you can use it but others can't... where would that lead us if we would have that everywhere? Sarcasm by the way - as you know because you use it - is a rhetorical technique that is acceptable as a dialectic technique, the argumentum ad hominem is a sophist technique, a rhetorical technique that's mostly not considered acceptable because it does not fit in any logical deduction strategy, but aims at discouraging the dialectic opponent to continue the dialogue. Your aforementioned thread title is not just one rhetorical technique, but also a rhetorical question, which is another rhetorical technique, so you've profiled yourself as a specialist in the matter, which means you have no excuse to not stay classy. Stay correct, that's all...
Yeah, I hate when people use sarcasm in text without /s at the end. You aren't the only one with that problem.
A lot of people on this forum have made me mad for the same reason you got mad. I guess they assume their sarcasm is obvious, when in actuality half of sarcasm is in the tone.
alrighty guys, the thread is NOT about what is or is not considered america. the thread is about teh t-shirts.
PLEASE STAY ON TOPIC
Calm down edgelord.
no, overlord, that is a last resort
gamebreakr, stop insulting users, this is not 4chan.
I own one of the older shirts (before they were sold on Epicpants) and that one was also made in Nicaragua. The store is still using the Next Level Apparel shirts, however I believe they are using a different printing process than before (mostly because my old shirt looks like it was double-printed and the ink has been cracking since the second time I washed it). The shirts used to be sold on Districtlines, and unless Logan had a small number of shirts made in the US (before districtlines, or between districtlines and epicpants), then I don't think the shirts have ever been made in the US. However, I believe the new shirts are printed in the US, which might be what is causing confusion somewhere.
Well, I wasn't mad but I agree with you. I thought these questions (Inbox.exe)were for the people that are part of TekSyndicate, so when I got a few replies from people that I don't know, nor was I even talking to them, that contained absolutely no information to what I was talking about , it just seemed really pointless and wasted my time. Just kind of annoying having people butt in on a conversation that isn't theirs. But having thought about it, this is an open forum so anyone can just jump in whenever they want. I'll just have to remember that next time is all.
Oh ok. Thanks for the info. Yeah, that seems to make sense. Too many episodes to go back and check them to see what Logan says about the shirts. But I take your word for it, anyways :)
Yeah, I think that's where my confusion must have came from
Thanks
Do as I say, not do as I do
But on a more serious note, I was directing my question to the TekSyndicate team. I was just more or less annoyed with people chiming in with useless things to say on a conversation that wasn't theirs. Also, I never once told anyone they weren't allowed to be sarcastic with me. I just said my responses coincided with theirs
My bad
my shirt says made in Nicaragua as well
i guess you gotta flip a table and go mad like the last guy who noticed :P
