I have 3 "NF-F12 3000RPM" fans working fine on these chassi fan headers. Also this mobo has 3 optional fan headers and i have a NF-A14 3000RPM connected on 1 of these optional header but it dont want to spin. It just shakes like it wants to start spinning but it never does. So i connected this fan on 1 of the chassi header and it was spinning. Then i connected a non noctua fan on this opt. Fan header and it worked. So to me it looks like is a voltage issue, IS IT REALLY THIS? This is thevNF-A14 SPECShttp://www.noctua.at...84&lng=en&set=1
And this is the specs for the non-noctua i triedhttp://www.swiftech....240-X.aspx#tab2HOW CAN I FIX THIS SO I CAN HAVE THE NOCTUA WORKING?
Its most likely that the voltage being applied to the header is too low to propel the fan. Set the fan curve to 80% and see if the fans spins up
This is done goin to the bios?
Yes
Only options i have when i get there are duty mode and user mode which i think is more like automatic and then under user mode it gives me low speed temp which is set to 25% and high speed temp which is 60% or 100% i think.
