Newly built PC won't turn on!

I recently bought a new case (Fractal Design Define R4) as well as a new power supply (Corsair HX750) to add to my rig (i7 2600, Gigabyte H77 mobo, EVGA 560Ti, Kingston HyperX 3K, WD 2TB Blue). I put all the parts in my rig yesterday, but didn't do any cable management yet, and it worked just fine. However, this morning I routed all of the cables, and tested my rig, and it doesn't turn on! It receives power for about half a second, and then swiftly turns off. Do any of you have some ideas on what might be wrong?

sounds like the cpu power cable isnt in correctly.

I could've sworn I plugged it in correctly, but I'll go make sure...
