Newly built PC - All connected fans start, LED's light up, no beeps, no POST, no video. Help?

Hey guys. I really need your help.

I just built a new PC last night. I hooked it up to my AOC 22" monitor via VGA from motherboard. When I powered on, all the fans that were connected began spinning and my HDD was spinning, but I got three short beeps, which translated to 64KB Memory failure in my mobo manual. I turned off the system and reseated the RAM, and turned it back on. This time, the red LEDS on the RAM DIMMs turned on, the small green light on my video card was on, and all my fans that were connected were running properly, and my HDD was spinning, except this time I got no beeps, still no video, and still not POST/BIOS.

Getting annoyed. I went back inside, reseated the ram again, reseated my video card, double checked all the SATA connects on my mobo to my HDD, re-plugged the umbellical cords for the power switches, double checked the polarity for the front panel LED's, which were correct, I double checked pretty everything was connected were it was. Went back and powered on the system, fans ran properly, HDD spun, LED's lit up, but still no beeps, no video, and no POST.

I'm in denial that my parts are broken/fried, but I do see it as a possibility. Maybe CPU pins were bent? IDK, I need some possibilities on what might be the problem.

I intended to breadboard first, but it slipped my mind as I was building...

You hooked up the VGA monitor cable to the back of the motherboard, hook it up to the back of your graphics card. Make sure the top left 4/8 pin motherboard connector is plugged in as well.

I would suggest to watch this video.

Linus makes great videos if you have not already checked him out.

My 660 only has 2 DVI, 1 HDMI, and 1 DisplayPort

Your card should of come with a DVI to VGA converter, here try this remove your graphics card completely from your system and hook up the VGA cable tot he back of your motherboard without the card in the PCIe slot. See if you get a image on the screen, or anything at all.

I'll try that.

I didn't pick up a DVI cable because I had an HDMI cable and an HDMI to DVI converter....I actually initially  plugged in the HDMI cord to my GPU, plugged the other end into my adapter, and plugged the adapter into the DVI port on the monitor.
