Newbie needing help (UK)

Hey, my pc just broke and ive decided to build a new one for the first time. Ive dug deep behind the sofa's cushions and old jean pockets and my student life style has left me with a horrendous ammount of small change. With this money ive put together a very budget build but being the idiot i am, I'm not even sure it'll work. I will post what i have and links to the place of purchase if needed.

CPU: http://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-HDZ965FBGMBOX-Phenom-II-965/dp/B002SRQ214/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1354920197&sr=8-1

GPU: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-Radeon-HD6750-GDDR5-Graphics/dp/B005G7QNEO/ref=sr_1_16?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1354920272&sr=1-16

MOBO: http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/motherboards/amdam3plus760gchipset/ga-78lmt-s2p.html

PSU: http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/powersupplies/cp-9020046-uk.html

HDD: I have an old 7200 rpm HDD that i'll salvage, and i'll probably upgrade at a later date

CASE: http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/cases/cases/nov-vulca2.html

OD: Again i have an old one until i get one thatll play blu rays :)

RAM: http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/memory-pc/ddr3-pc3-12800/1600mhz/bls2cp4g3d1609ds1s00ceu.html

Am i forgetting something simple? Will that PSU be enough? Does that motherboard even support my ram/cpu/gpu?

Thankyou in advance :)

Any tips on posting maybe? i plan to start as i progress in knowledge

pcpartpicker, helps show if parts are compatible, estimates wattage and shows you best prices online. Also makes it easier to show your build to others. mobo link is broken

Cheers :) will certainly give it a look. Ye the mobo link didnt work so i just found another

thankyou for your feedback

What's your budget?

I assume your going to use it for gaming?

CPU, GPU and MOBO are compatible but the mobo doesn't support RAM that fast.    edit: i mean you could still use it but the motherboard can only go at 1333

Somewhat, nothing too tasking. Maximum would be CS:GO / WoW

Ah so i see, would this MOBO still have the correct slots for the GPU?

yup

Without an indication of what your willing to spend it's pretty hard to advise something. If you don't know how much to spend or you just want to spend the minimal amount of money. Then please tell me what your planning to do with your pc.

Thankyou, you've been alot of help

Light gaming but mainly web browsing and word proccesing

Also at the mo' i have around £300

Comments:

Remove the DVD drive obviously if your not going to use it to save some money.

Also if you need more harddrive space replace the ssd with a mechanical harddrive. I recommend this one:

Western Digital Blue SATA 6 Gb/s 500GB

Since you are on a budget it was quite difficult to get you a decent machine that's capable to run most games at decent fps but maybe that's just because I'm spoiled with higher fps. It will be fine for CS:GO and WoW though.

If your into overclocking you can push this cpu to 4.3Ghz even with (crappy) stock cooling so that's pretty neat.

I hope this was all if you have questions/suggestions let me know.
