Newbie gpu watercooling advice

What’s the best way to have a straightforward watercooled GPU without shelling $1700-$4000?

I would need the hoses to mount at 90 degrees because I have little space to work with.

I tried and failed with an rx580 and a corsair h100iv2, additionally using x16 riser cables to try and get around my space problem.

Starting over and would need to use an AMD card. Any idea how I should start? If I don’t shell out ofr a closed loop already made card, what kind of mess am I in for?

The basic components are:

  • Pump
  • Reservoir
  • Tubes/Pipes
  • Cooling block
  • Radiator

The first two can be merged into one (Alphacool Eisstation, for example).

For a single GPU, one 120mm Radiator should be more than enough. If you want to leave room for adding the CPU to the loop later on, get a dual 120mm radiator (or bigger).
