Go for the 4gb 380 and I'd say thats a good build. I'm actually using a 1231-v3 and a 980 ti as my daily desktop ( http://pcpartpicker.com/p/szNtGX ), and its a great chip in my opinion. I also employ the AsRock Extreme6 which is has been great, and its basically just the Extreme4 with a couple extra bells and whistles.
Give me a few minutes to try and make the formatting work. Here is what I have now. Its a good bit more expensive than what you had, but its also a lot more powerful.
