New rig... Thoughts?

Building a new machine this week and after hours of research im really starting to go crosseyed.  Im in a $900 ish budget looking to get the best bang for the buck ( obviously )  Mainly a gaming rig but I would like to be able to live stream as well as do some video editing and graphic design on the side.  From what I have read on countless sites and forums and bargain shopped all over... the following build is what I have come up with so far...

The PSU is there only because I already have slightly used one sitting the shelf here at home.

I am open to any and all opinions ( so long as they are valid ones ) Please feel free to correct any errors I may have made as it has been over 4 years since my last build im a lil rusty ;)

Thanks in advance guys any help is appreciated!

The only thing I would change is swapping the RAM out for Quad Channel @ 1866Mhz

Any recommendations for reference?

If you can find this in stock anywhere (Amazon maybe) then it should be substantially faster than what you currently have - (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231495)

What about bumping it up to 16G of RAM?

Get a biostart TA 990fx thats the top motherboard and cheaper.

Instead of the ssd get a 2tb seagate baracuda 7200rpm :).

cheaper case like a corsair 300r or standard 912 haf.

Cooler maybe noctua nh-l12

That would be great

If you feel you need more, then get more. It isn't too much of a price increase considering what you are already spending on the rig.

Any validation about the Biostar being the best and why?  I can do the research if someone can point me in the right direction

Again if anyone else has any suggestions please throw it out there.   Dont want to spend money twice so if its a bit more that is fine with me.

Hmm..This rig is now more powerful than at the start and costs $20 less...I'd call that a success xD

I am gonna say it again change the ssd to a 2 tb drive 128 gb is not enough for games/editing

And if you can get a corsair 300r case then you can bump your cooler to a noctua nh l12

This for gaming will destroy the yours but will be a little worse in rendering

I have a 1T drive already as well for storage as well ( sorry for leaving that out )

I would also like to note that I would be doing  live streaming as well as fraps/xsplit recording and later video editing.  1000 ish is my budget...  would an intel build be a better chooice?

something like this?

Im trying to also keep it able to upgrade later on.  Dont want to buy the baddest card out when a new line could be coming out in the next few months
