So I put together a new setup to run my VMs.
Easy on the wallet, but has some oomph.
I reused an old beat up case, PSU, dual nic PCIe card and some hard drives.
So the only new parts I needed were the MB, RAM, and CPU.

ASRock B150M Pro4V
64GB DDR4 2133
Of course I put Proxmox on it.
