New PC Video Card

Let's start with how much I am willing to spend, so far on my list I am spending $350 and I would not want to spend more than $450 or $500. Next I live in the United States in Wichita KS and use Dollars. I don't really know what to choose from so I don't really have a preferred retailer. My PC will be mainly for gaming and some video viewing like movies or online streaming. Since this is going to be a beginning gaming PC it will be cheap like I said earlier so I don't see myself overclocking maybe in the future but not right now. As for water cooling I don't think that this will be a choice for me since it seems like a hassle for me. I already have an operating system so that will save me some money. So now that I have put down all this information here is my question, I was looking for a video card and I was wondering what would be the cheapest that I could get without hurting my chances of getting low FPS from what I already have so that will have to depend on what I can get. I want to be able to play at 1080p if that is possible. I like to play RPG's, FPS's, action, and some racing games. If the link for my PC Part Picker List doesn't work http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ here is my list

CPU: Intel Core i3-2120 3.3GHz Dual-Core Processor

Motherboard: ASRock Z75 Pro3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard

Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

I already have an operating system like I said earlier and a case.

I hope that someone can help me and thank you in advanced.

With this build, water cooling won't be necessary since this isn't an unlocked CPU and you won't be able to overclock it. I would recommend an AMD R7 260x for this build.

In this price range, I'm also going to suggest that you go AMD for this build instead of Intel since AMD will give you better price to performance than Intel. I'm posting a build here that is based on the AMD FX 6300. It's still under $500 but it's an AMD system and includes a 120gb SSD instead of the 500gb Seagate HDD since an SSD will decrease loading times and just have your system running better in general, besides you can always add a hard drive later. I also swapped the single 8gb stick of RAM for two sticks 4gb sticks of ADATA RAM since it's cheaper and will let you run it as dual channel. You will also be able to overclock with this system if you add a better heatsink later.

Yeah, AMD is the way to go for low budget builds.  The build you have has no dedicated graphics card, and won't get you good gaming performance.

Ok I have taken a look at the build and price wise you are right I can save more with an AMD build than an Intel build thank you.
