New PC Buy/Build Help

Yeah it's much better then original choice.

Is there many disadvantages for non-modular, other then the unused cables?

Other than what you have stated, none.

And even with that, is it really a big deal ?

Oh yeah, I forgot. Depending on how you do your non-modular one, a modular one might get better airflow.

Hi, I'm planing on building a new pc for gaming only. Would i benefit from having the new Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z using an AMD fx 6300 or 4300 with 3 way sli 660 ti or intel 2 way sli 660 non ti configuration for gaming. Right now I have a Dell 531 AMD 4800+ with gt 520 that i have for gaming.

Heaps of people would help you if you made your own topic in the forum.

I want it as neat and open as possible, so airflow should be okay.

this thread isn't the pae to ask that question. try starting a new thread

non modular is fine :) it's not hard to hide the cables in the case you're getting :P there is always enough space to bunch cables up behind the drive cage

alright, awesome :)

Thanks heaps for your help man, i will be ordering sometime next week :)

sweet! good luck with the build :)
