New PC build will not post

A couple of days ago I built myself a pc for the first time and I thought I had done everything right. But when I got it all together and turned it on the computer flicked off then on and kept doing that. I later figured out that it was in dualbios mode so I switched it to single. The compute then stayed on but still would not post. Then I tried disconnecting everything except for the motherboard power and cpu power with one stick of ram. During all of that I reset the cmos many times.

Now I have no idea what to do. I have looked all over the internet for a solution but couldn't find one. If you have any idea what is wrong please tell me.

Here are the specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87X-UD5H socket 1150

CPU: Intel i7-4790k, 4 GHZ, 8MB Cache, LGA 1150

Power Supply: Corsair RM Series 650 Watt ATX/EPS 80PLUS Gold-Certified Power Supply - CP-9020054-NA RM650

Graphics card: EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB GDDR5 256bit

RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR3 1600 MT/s (PC3-12800) CL8 @1.5V UDIMM 240-Pin

I later figured out that it was in dualbios mode so I switched it to single.

So you were able to see the uefi/bios configuration screen , or is that a physical switch ?

The compute then stayed on but still would not post

So the screen stays dark ? I assume that you tried pressing the source button on you screen.

no debug number??

There are switches on the motherboard. there is no beep and the screen stays dark and yes I check the source.

I don't think so...
