New PC Build; 3D Modeling (Unity, Maya, PS, AI etc)

Looking to build a new gaming pc that I can not only game on but also focus on 3D modeling and digital design tasks as well. I've been trying to do plenty of research on what to be mindful of when building and am looking for any advice for a first time builder on a budget. I've found some reputable resources for building a custom pc for around 700$. I wouldn't want to go too much past that if possible.

I work a lot with Unity 3D, Autodesk Maya for game design projects as well as Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design projects.

I need my build to handle these types of tasks effortlessly and even exceed their requirements as most of these projects are high in memory, RAM and graphics processing. I want my first build to simply put, be a custom machine that I could throw any project of these sorts out without worry.

From there, it will be learning and education on how I can upgrade and enhance my system for future needs.

Thanks!!

here is a build
amd fx-8320 $139.99
G. Skill Ripjaw 8gb $139.99
corsair cx600w psu $64.99
Asus M5A97 LE $74.00
Western digital Blue 1tb $54.99
GTX 960 $199.99 (for cuda support)
CoolerMaster Haf $59.00 (can be changed to whatever)
Total $712.34
Now I will admit you budget is pretty tight for something like this. 3D Modeling can be very demanding depending on what your doing and I see alot of people lean more towords quado workstation cards and i7-5820K or 5960X with 32gigs of ram or more along with huge amounts of storage space. In short alot of people that do this kind of work lean towords the $3000 plus builds but as a starting point and with this budget this should work pretty well for what you want.

Thanks for the info I appreciate it! I'll definitely look into what you have provided.
