You will never need 1200 ( not even 1000) watts with that build, it would be only usefull if you consider going for Crossfire in the near future.
Possible changes:
CPU: You could bump down to an 8320 and then just OC it to 8350 speeds or higher. Save a little money there.
CPU Cooler: The H100i is very good but check out some of the high end Noctua and Phantek air coolers. They are a bit cheaper, quieter and more reliable. They do a pretty good job as well.
Mobo: That motherboard is fine but the Asus M5A99FX Pro is excellent as well and much cheaper.
Memory: If you are just building a gaming rig you only need 8GB. Do not get the Corsair Vengence. It is really overpriced. You also don't need 2133Mhz RAM. It will give you no benefit in game over 1333Mhz. 1600Mhz is usually the best compromise between speed and CAS latency.
Storage: Save a bit and get the Caviar Blue. Then try and squeeze in an SSD. The Samsung 840 Evos are excellent.
GPU: Dats fine
Case: Fine
PSU: You don't need 1200W. The system will only pull around 500W. Get a nice 650W PSU. The Corsair RM650 is 80+ Gold certified, fully modular and very quiet.
+1. I agree with everything here.
