Here is my PC i plan on getting

Please check this will be ok for playing games like BF3 on med/high settings witth no AA or any other settings that create input lag

Also this is my first proper gaming PC so any good budget peripherals would be appreciated

well it will work ...and my god is that AMD FX-8320 cheap i am going to have to buy one next week if its still that price xD

i would say  go for this, and use the stock cooler  ^^ for now

why the different motherboard ?

cause its a better board. more feutures, like a usb 3.0 header, 4+4 pin cpu power connector, so that will be much more stable wenn running FX2.0 cause the vrms are better, 7.1 Audio chip. etc etc.

the M5A97 LE R2.0 is not realy a good buy.the Asus M5A97 R2.0 is a much better buy, and the best buy will be the Asus M5A97 evo R2.0 but that cost 86 pounds on amazon.
