Hi i need a new medium sized gaming mouse. It needs to be relitivly cheap and have bindable thumb buttons but not too many. Any sugestions will be greatly accepted as i am a noob in this feild

Is Logitech G400 medium-sized enough for you? It's cheap compared to other precise mice and you can bind two thumb buttons and three DPI adjustment buttons in the middle.
Yeah, especially with the G400S out now, Logitech has some great mice. Precision wise, the MX518 and G400/G400S beat many expensive mice (I'm looking at you, RAT 9, Mamba, and Ourobouos)
