Heh, indeed... I honestly love this train-wreck of a fandom. Constantly turning out some amazing wtf stuff, always very entertaining. That said, the show is enjoyable too. I don't really like /mlp/, and if there are so few people who wish to talk about ponies then everyone should just let the thread die of its own accord, it's so weird just the mention of ponies can cause such an uproar, it makes so little sense i don't even.
I mean, even before i actually started watching the show ( I was late to the party) I'd see the occasional pony picture in one forum or another and people totally freaking out over it, it's funny though cus I spent FOREVER staring at this one picture thinking i was missing something but no, it was just a little cartoon pony, i laughed so much that day [:
Honestly I find the hate pretty funny. I think the whole pony thing is weird as hell, I tried watching an episode and just have to stop after 5 minutes I could not take it. That being said MLP fans tend to love to be annoyingly public and shove it anywhere they can and on a site like this it really doesn't belong which is what really makes is annoying. Also the cloppers really don't help the pony case.
All being said, gets more hate than it deserves but still weird and the pony haters have almost become a community of their own.
