New Linux Build for photo/sound/Video

I’m looking to build a new PC to run linux (mint 19) intended for photo editing, music editing and maybe in future some video editing. My current device is almost 10 years old! I’m tried of having a tried PC and want something that will work well - and work well for more than a few years. I’m in Canada and not particularly tied to a vendor, but will probably order all parts from one place to make it a little easier to manage. (found these components on newegg.ca) Here’s what I’m looking at. Wondering if the components will l be compatible and compatible with Mint 19. (and hoping it’s OK to ask this here) Probably won’t be driving it too hard until get into video editing. Not buy vid card right now but would be interested in suggestions for a card that would work with this setup.
Any advice is appreciated
