New kvm shows no power, sees that pcs are connected

Problem:

Doesn’t appear to power on. Have checked outlet for power using another device.

I believe it is a bad power brick. If i really press the 2 prong connector into the power strip, it will briefly power on

Have you checked another outlet on the strip to see if it’s consistent that you have to mash down?

Yes, I’ve tried multiple plug-in locations on the power strip, as well as alternate locations in the house. The brick requires constant, significant pressure to make contact.
