Curious if the new i5 and i7 with just the integrated graphics will be able to run 3 monitors in an office setting, no rendering, just multitasking web browsers and few office programs, with out dedicated GPU?
I haven't tried it but I would be surprised if it couldn't handle office work over 3 monitors. Just for example my Macbook pro uses integrated graphics and it can power my 4k screen and its 1440p internal screen at the same time with no hassles at all. I wouldn't try to game on that though lol, I use my primary PC for that.
Yes, Intel added support for 3 displays a couple of generations ago - ivy bridge I think.
