New Home Server

Hello!

I currently run a lenovo i3 bare bones system with 8 TB of hard drive space however its not nearly fast enough for what I like to do. I have several systems all running either a version of Linux, Windows or even Mac OS. (Hackintoshes) and I like to have all my data centralized.

I also run a Plex media server, 4 game server (Space Engineering, Halo DS, Minecraft Tekkit, Minecraft Standard, and soon fully modded unturned)

I need a system that has 16 terabytes of hard drive space preferably in raid 10 with 16 - 32 gigs of ram. Processor than can handle all of these tasks while running Server 2012 R2. The main focus for this build is for plex and as my NAS.

I can build systems all day long but there's so much excellent hardware out there...its hard, so much I want to try/use/review. I'm reaching out to you guys to see what hardware you would use. What ever you guys decide is what I'll get. :)

Sorry for taking this long:
Can you specify how much money you want to spend on this? Do you have any other parts lying around?

Why do you want to use Raid10? Isn't another raid level preferable with this much storage? With Raid10 you would need 32 TB of raw storage, half will be redundancy. Double drive failures would have to be in opposite mirrors else your mirror would be lost or am I mistaken?
