Hey
My headphone just broke (my dog had some fun with them), so I need some new cans.
I need it for a mix of gaming, music (mostly rap and house/trance/elektro) and movies, and I am only going to use them at home.
Price range is everything from 200-350$. I am using a Asus Hero motherboard.
Any recommendation?

I am currently using a pair of DT880s and the only time I would ever replace them is if they broke (which is unlikely). They are some great headphones, great frequency response, even though they are open they can push a fair ammount of bass, The highs are sick and the lows are subtle but noticeable as they should be overall these headphones are great for gaming and just jamming, and the 32 ohm impedance means that they wont lower the volume of movies(like a pair of cm storm sirus headphones I had) and a majority of the time I find myself keeping programs and games at 30 percent or below because anything above that is ear splitting. they can hover anywhere from 240-350 dollars the last time I checked. I highly recommend these as a fitting replacement.
My motherboard is an Asus Crosshair V formula Z so it should have about the same drivers as yours audio wise.
