I was able to pick up an I7-3770 for reasonably cheap a month and a half ago, so I decided it was time to upgrade. It was a really good deal, despite being on a limited budget I managed to piece together something I was happy with, however I am still using my old GPU. I'm currently using an Nvidia 9800 GTX+ and I was hoping to scout out a decent deal on something like a 7870/7950 or even an 7970. I don't care if it's Nvidia or Radeon really, just whatever the best bang for my buck is.
My concern is, I've looked through all of the Tek's most recent build videos/parts list and going along side the 7870's and 7970's are 600W to 750W PSUs. Mine falls on the lower end at 620W. I'm basically wanting to know my limits on what my PSU can handle. I'll list my specs below, one thing to note is that I have no intention of ever overclocking, I love to buy things once, and have it last a while and even if OCing is rather safe now days, I still wouldn't risk myself screwing anything up.

I've tried the online PSU calcs, but they range from recommending a 450W PSU to a saying a 750W minimum, too big of a discrepancy especially when I don't know which one I can trust (I just googled PSU calc, used the first 8 or so I found)
If there is any other relevant information you need I will be more than happy to provide it, thanks =)
