New Gaming Rig

I've been wanting to get a PC for a while, and since I finally got the money to get one, I am going to get one. Thank you in advance if you do help or even suggest improvements!

List: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/zpTDP6

-I have a budget of $600 to $650. Nothing over that would be great.
-United States resident who uses Dollars / $
-No suggested retailer
-Don't need peripherals as I already have them.
-I'll be using the PC to mostly play games as well as render videos.
-Have no desire to overclock at all.
-No water-cooling.
-No OS is needed.
-To me, I don't care much about settings, but most games I want to play at Medium to higher.
-I'll be playing on 1080p.
-I'll play any game, to be honest. From MMO to FPS.
-I use Sony Vegas Pro 13 and I render gaming videos.
-I don't have a preference of keyboard.
-Buttons on Mouse is unneeded, but can be added.

You should probably invest in a 990/fx motherboard, you're going to need to overclock to keep up well in games

and the E series should be a bit more stable overall and apparently it overclocks well

Other option is an i5 4460, not sure how much the 4 extra cores with the 8320e are going to affect video editing/rendering

I have the XFX R9 390x and the fans on it get really loud when they get up to 50%+ usage. I don't really like the XFX card, so if you can find an alternative 380 I would suggest that.

First, you'll need a better motherboard with at least 6+2 powerphase (990 series or that one high-end gigabyte 970) to support that processor... and honestly I'd prefer a watercooler on the processor such as a Corsair H100i... because to overclock them effectively, they get pretty damn hot...

You can't build a PC in 2015-16 without a 120GB SSD... it's a rule now... I'm making it one...

That case is absolutely terrible to build in... I literally just built one in the next step up HAF case and the cable management options were terrible... I suggested a few cases in your other thread...

There's a deal on an EVGA 750 semi-modular PSU for $50 and I'd buy that today no questions asked...

bottom line, for an extra $100-200, you'd be MUCH happier with your outcome... otherwise I'd just do a FX6300 and pump the rest into an SSD
