Unless you are going to crossfire 2 7870's (which I would not do, i would get a 7970 for the same price), 750W is INSANE! 500W or 600W would be better, and cheaper too. Apart from that, maybe buy a cheaper ASRock Mobo unless you want to reach over 5GHZ. Looks good though.
