New Gaming PC

Just looking for some advice finalizing this build.  I want to build a new Gaming/Multimedia PC for around $1200.  This is my first draft.  Can any parts be had for less?  Also, I don’t mind paying a little more if the upgrade gets me more bang for my buck.

Note: I already have 1TB HDDs, peripherals and OS licenses.  I picked a 750W PSU to leave room for a 2nd video card in the future.

Looks good to me.

Cheaper RAM is probably available, but it's not a huge difference.

Thanks for the info.  I will be sure to do some research on the PSU.

What are your thoughts on the MB?  Do you think I could do better than that one? I am always tempted by the gaming boards like the ASUS MAXIMUS or the MSI Z97-Gaming Series. I am just seeing them as boards with more USB and SATA ports that I probably won’t end up using.  Am I missing something?

For light overclocks with the Hyper 212, that motherboard should work just fine.
