New gaming mousey

My Mionix 8200 left clicker is spotting some major attitude for some reason recently. Not quite sure what to make of it.

Any recommendations on a good replacement mouse?

The Mionix is approx. 5 inches long and 1.4 tall. It is a touch small for my hand. Haha.. gloves or something right? Pants? Shutup. Give me some good recommendations. Thanks.

Same thing happened to my beloved G500. I found that fixing the switch is super easy and simple. However, to get to the switch I would have to peel up the plastic slidy pads on the bottom. Once peeled up they don't go back down and you have to buy replacements to re-stick to the bottom ($25).

I now have the G502. It's a great mouse but I think my next one will be infa-red instead of laser. For big hands like mine it's juuuuust big enough. I could easily go bigger though.

Not a big fan of "LED all the things." Also, I am on Linux. I am distantly aware of utils for remapping buttons for some mice on Linux, but I am not aware of how to disable the light show.

Yea, I've found that the only extra buttons I use while gaming is the incr/decr sensitivity buttons but those are built right into the mouse.

Even if I wanted to use the thumb buttons I couldn't because they are always so far back on the mouse... My thumb is too long.

I love my Mionix Naos 7000 and highly recommend it assuming you don't mind the brand. Such smooth tracking ... 😍😍😍😍
