New cooler for old card

Hey guys, My mom's graphics card's fan is not workin the way it use too, its an old XFX 512MB GTS 250, not the most powerfull card, but gets the job done. I would perfer to just replace teh cooler than buy a whole new graphics card, whats my best option for cooling? Has to be from canada, perferably memory express if they have anything that will work.

you can juryrig it with a 80mm fan but just buying a new one is going to be less haslle tbh
