Just a few thoughts and things I personally would do a little different.
The Asus Crosshair is a great Motherboard, no question. But you don't need it. Even when you are overclocking, the performance advantage will be within the margin of error. Save yourself a hundred bucks and get a Gigabyte GA990FX-UD3, MSI990FXA-GD65 or ASUS M5A99FX Pro 2.0. Then, swap the 8350 for the 8320, which will be totally fine and also overclocks like a champ (I would bet you can get to 4.5 Ghz with the right cooling).
Now, take the Money you just saved on the motherboard and CPU and go with a GTX 970 instead of that GTX 760. You'll be glad you did when it comes to gaming performance.
Last but not least, change the WD Caviar Blue to an Seagate Hybrid 1TB SSHD which costs 20$ more but is clearly the best bang for the buck when you are going with a single drive.
For the cooling, as someone said earlier look no further than Noctua. When you are planning to overclock get the NH-D14 oder NH-D15. If that's out of budget, The Thermalright HR Macho or beQiet Dark Rock Pro 3 are good value-for-money alternatives.
That should give you a pretty beefy machine for gaming and still stays within the budget you had set with your parts list.
