Updated a build of mine in a new case and need some new fans. Any suggestions welcome. The color of this build is blue and black. The video card lights up blue too.

It's in a Phanteks Enthoo Pro M case and a few fans are starting to go ones rattling pretty noisy and the others just don't spin up good. Those stock corsair fans on my h100 are good but way too much noise.
Looking at getting 4 fans. I have a rad that need 2 fans and would like to get two more fans for intake through the front of the case. Don't really want to break the bank but I'd be willing to pay good dollar for good fans.
I could now tell you a story on how I had "fan wars" in my old case (wich would be a lie as I am still using the "old case").
Had them all. Noname, Noctua, BeQuiet, Noiseblocker, Arctic, Coolermaster, etc.
I am running two of these as intake (all voltage regulated to 80%):

and this one as exhaust:

Do you want quiet fans or performance fans ?
Honestly, I have heard nothing bad about Noiseblocker fans. And they are blue...
I will let you all on on a little secret - more fans on lower rpm means same cooling performance for less noise... Keep that in mind...
Put EK Vardars on your rad.
Coolermaster sickleflows with blue LED's are cheap and very quiet unless you run them at max rpm all the time.
Got them for 10€ each. IMO best fans ever.
Well, if we include the blue color - yes. I tend to disagree, because for 10€ I can get myself 3x Arctic F12... And they are both really really good and really quiet, especially on lower than 12V they are practically silent...
If only Arctic could make them all black...
Arctic makes great CPU coolers.
