Now I have some questions also, first about the processor- is the i7 a little overkill since I most likely wont be video editing, processing, and/or other various high performance tasks, if so should I just drop a hundred off the price and get a 3570k or 2500k?
If you're not going to do any video editing, cut down to the 3570k. The 2500k only supports PCIE 2.0/1, whereas that Ivy Bridge i5 supports 3.0. So unless you would want to OC the CPU further, it'll have to be the 3570k.
As for the PSU, I'd recommend to bump it up to at least a 700W, since the card you chose is factory OC'ed. However, I can't choose what alternative PSU to get since you have not stated your total budget.
Thanks for the suggestion, I'lltake that into consideration since eventually i might get a better card or some other component that uses more wattage. and that RAM I linked i wont be using, but is there anything else to say about the build along with the other hardware?
