New Build, Will It Fit?

Corsair Carbide 300R

ASUS P8Z77-V Motherboard

Intel Core i5 3570K

NZXT Havik 140 CPU Cooler Or Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler

Patriot Viper 16G Kit(8Gx2) DDR3 1866

ASUS Radeon HD7970 DirectCU II TOP 3GB

ASUS Xonar DGX

Kingston HyperX 240G Sandforce SATA3 SSD HDD

Seagate Barracuda 2TB

OCZ Technology ZT Series 750W Power Supply

Will it all fit?

It should fit without issue. However, I'd double check the voltage on the RAM. Intel CPU's don't much like RAM with voltage greater than 1.6.

cheers

its ok with the ram the voltage is 1.5

Patriot ram is okay, but I would go for corsair, mushkin, or kingston ram (just because). I would also get a different brand PSU, maybe corsair or seasonic or xfx. I don't know I just never trust ocz when it comes to power supplies, I've had a lot of bad experiences with them.

Seems to be a fairly balanced system and will have no problem fitting. I mean i'm not a fan of triple slot GPU's but if you don't mind your GPU taking up all that realestate then it should be fine.

Im thinking of going with sapphire radeon hd 7970 oc but i already have gainward 560Ti do i need to upgrade i will be playing games like BF4, Crysis 3, Elder Scrolls Online And GTA 5

Most definitely if you want to keep the visuals cranked, but I'd wait for a few things:

  1. For the games to come out
  2. Next generation of GPU's
  3. Game patches/driver updates

Future proofing is very futile when it comes with CPU's (and by extension motherboards, at least with Intel), GPU's, and RAM (due to price fluctuations/underutilization). About the only things that can be future-proofed are the case, power supply, optical drive (if you use one), and maybe a hard drive.

In the mean while, I'd OC the 560-Ti and see what performance you can get out of it. I had a Twin Frozr II 560-Ti and I pushed that to 950MHz. When those games come out, see how it fares. You can always upgrade the GPU then if you're not happy with the performance.

Yes it will all fit, but I'd suggest getting a different PSU, like Seasonic, XFX, Antec or Corsair. Then I would hold on to the 560 Ti for now( it's still a powerful GPU for current games, mind you). Then when those games come out, look at benchmarks, ask for some opinions and/or try them out yourself. If you're unhappy with the performance and quality by then, then get a new GPU, and because you've saved up more money by waiting, then you'll be able to buy the next gen. of (hopefully ) more powerful  cards.

Thanks i am goin to wait on getting a new gpu and i am going to oc my gpu and i have already bought my psu

Hmm, good luck. The 560 Ti was a really great back-for-buck card. Though, because it's Fermi, it gets rather hot. Don't worry about the PSU.
