So according to the latest episode of inbox.exe (24) I can torrent windows 7 put it on a usb then boot my new system off of that usb using the old oem key. Is this correct? Please respond with a valid answer

If you bought a computer with a preinstalled OS on it, then the license is tied to the motherboard..
